Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science.

  • Experience in A2P SMS is a strong advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and email communication.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Completed military service or deferred for at least 2 years (for male candidates).

Responsibilities for This Role Include

  • Monitor and analyze real-time system performance and KPIs to ensure high-quality service.

  • Handle ticket flows by documenting, prioritizing, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with customers to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and enhance response times.

  • Identify and proactively troubleshoot traffic-related issues.
