Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science.
Experience in A2P SMS is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and email communication.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Completed military service or deferred for at least 2 years (for male candidates).
Responsibilities for This Role Include
Monitor and analyze real-time system performance and KPIs to ensure high-quality service.
Handle ticket flows by documenting, prioritizing, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with customers to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and enhance response times.
Identify and proactively troubleshoot traffic-related issues.
