Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in the global messaging industry or a similar sector.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills.

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Ukrainian is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities for This Role Include

  • Research, reach out to, and support the onboarding of potential clients and partners.

  • Identify growth opportunities within our existing client and partner network.

  • Contribute to strategic account planning to align client goals with company objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to set and achieve both individual and team growth goals.

  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand knowledge and network.

  • Assist in training and supporting team members to help them develop their skills.

  • Identify and proactively resolve potential challenges and issues.
